The Oops Factor - Look Twice at the How to Vote Card.
2010 is shaping up top be a very busy year at the polls with a Victorian State Election due and a Federal Election looming.
Prior to looking forward there are always some good lessons to be learned from the results of the last elections - particularly when the result did not go the way you personally had hoped.
Field and Game Australia
Field and Game Australia is an “apolitical” organisation in that it is not interested in taking sides with Labor or the Coalition. What it is interested in is addressing political forces that act against the interests of our members.
That’s why FGA opposes the policies of the Greens party and will provide advice closer to each election on who to watch out for. We’ll take a stance against candidates who want to oppose duck shooting and support those who recognise and support the importance of the target shooting and hunting sports.
That’s also why we’re a member of the Combined Firearms Council of Victoria, and why we do a lot of advocating on your behalf.
The next state election is due to be held in November 2010.
The Oops factor!!
The Country Alliance political party will be very active leading up to the next election. Looking back at the last election CA has identified one of those Oops Results we should all be aware of.
