Seniors | As Field & Game Australia Inc. is not a State or Local Government organisation the use of a Health Care Card for a Pensioners concession is not sufficient.
Under the definitions of the ‘State Concessions Act 2004’ (as referred to by DSE) only an ‘Eligible Beneficiary’ is entitled to a concession by carrying a Health Care Card. As FGA’s membership only accepts ‘Eligible Pensioners’ the ‘Eligible Beneficiary’s’ concession does not apply.
