Membership FAQ's
-
When will my membership expire? When you join FGA your membership will be current for a full year starting the day you registered & paid, then when your membership is close to expiry you will receive your first renewal notice.
This renewal notice will have a pro rata amount as your membership fee. As we have a common expiry date, membership renewal amounts are calculated on a daily basis (including additional firearms). This will only occur once to align your membership with the common date, which is the 31st March each year.
The daily fee is the full amount divided by 365 days to ensure payment is correct. If your membership is due in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb or March, the pro rata fee includes those days until 31 March plus a full year i.e. if your membership is due on 11/11/2009, your renewal will take you through until 31/03/2011.
