Labor 1 wrests Bragging Rights from Independents

The clay target rivalry among politicians, staffers and guests has seen a shift in the power base with the Labor 1 Team ending a longish run by the independents and non-aligned at the annual FGA Polly Shoot.

The ALP, Independents, Nationals, Liberals and Family First were all well represented by members and staff keen to put down their pens and pencils and make their point with a shotgun.

Staff leaders Yorick Piper and Cressida Wall called in some keen eyed assistance from the guest list to win the annual “bragging rights” award.

Newcomer to the sport, Carlo Green went from learner to novice to ace-shot in a single day and contributed admirably to the team total.
