| How to Place an Order
Adding Items to your Shopping Basket
Browse through our catalogue of products using the "FGA Shop" option in the menu at left.
When you find an item that you would like to purchase:
- If applicable, choose a colour and/or size
- Enter a quantity.
- Click the "Buy Now" button
Your Shopping Basket will be displayed with this new item included.
Please see information below about deleting items and changing the quantities of items in your basket.
If you wish to add more items to your order, click on the “Continue Shopping” button.
When have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and are ready to finalise your order, click the "Checkout" button on the Shopping Basket page.
You will then be asked to enter the following information:
- Your Contact Details
- Delivery Details (you can have your order sent to a different address and can include delivery instructions)
When you have entered this information click on the "Send" Button.
Finalising Your Order
Your order details will be displayed so that you can confirm all details are correct before you submit your order. You can change any details at this point if you need to.
When you are ready to place your order click on the "Complete Order" button
Updating Your Shopping Basket
Adding More Items
From the Shopping Basket Page, if you would like to purchase additional items, click on the "Continue Shopping" button. To purchase additional items, add them to your basket by clicking "Buy Now".
Deleting an Item & Emptying your Basket
To remove an item from your basket, on the Shopping Basket page tick the "Delete" box next to the item in your basket, and then click the "Recalculate" button. If you would like to remove all items in your basket, please click the "Cancel Order" button.
Changing the Quantity of an Item
To increase or decrease the quantity you wish to purchase of any item in your basket, change the number in the "Quantity" box, and click "Recalculate".
Viewing Your Shopping Basket
Each time you add an item to your order, your Shopping Basket will be displayed showing all the items it currently contains.
At any time you can view your Shopping Basket by clicking on the “Shopping Basket” link at the bottom of the page.
Allowing Cookies
If you are having problems placing items in your shopping bag or completing your order, it may be because of your security and/or cookie settings.
A "cookie" is a small file which contains information identifying your browser to our site. Cookies are used to complete orders on our site so your browser must be set up to allow cookies.
Please use the "Help" menu in your browser for assistance in activating cookies. |
